Dr. Charles Stanley also connects the Gospel of the Vine & the Branches with the fruit of the Spirit & back in the late 1990s I gave a teaching in my Catholic Charismatic prayer group about faith/faithfulness as a fruit of the Spirit & 8 referred to both Scripture passages.
